Metal: Sterling Silver Frame. Pearl Type: Chinese Freshwater Pearl 1" Tall x 3/4" Wide. Stone: Gibeon Meteorite - 22 Carats. First discovered in Namibia, Africa in 1836, the Gibeon meteorites come from broken asteroid fragments. Dating studies have placed the age at around 4 billion years old. It is difficult to acquire new Gibeon meteorites because exports from Namibia are now illegal. This designer piece has a Gibeon meteorite with a freeform freshwater pearl dangle.
