Book of Common Prayer.- A Forme of Common Prayer, title within woodcut typographic border and with arms of Charles I verso, small stab hole throughout, affecting a letter or part of a letter on most ff., but with no loss of sense of text, water-stained, some creasing and soiling (including title), bound in a 17th century military order in ink on limp vellum, worn with loss, [Wing C4109], 4to, York, Stephen Bulkley, 1643. Provenance: Th. Backing (17th century ink signature to margin of K2 verso).***Rare. Not in British Library. ESTC lists only one copy (Trinity College, Cambridge)..
