the printer's copy on Ingres, signed by him on colophon, original drawing by Frederic Prokosch, signed by him in pencil and mounted as frontispiece, a few light spots to title and slight abrasion below imprint, signed bookplate of Prokosch tipped in at beginning, original marbled wrappers with gilt label to upper cover, preserved in transparent jacket, with Prokosch's manuscript 'Bibliographical Note', preserved together in marble hard folder and calf-backed slip-case with gilt spine, [Barker 22], 8vo, Paris, Frederic Prokosch, 1969.

***The colophon calls for 3 copies: zeta, eta and theta, this is iota. Barker mentions 3 copies and 1 or more 'sample' copies. Not in Gallup..
