18th Century French Rapier. Beautiful Triangular blade is still with remains of the original engraving and gilt , very nicely preserved. Guard is nicely design with grip covered with the copper wire. Pommel as a helmet finishing composition. No scabbard. Total length is 24\. Length of the blade is 20 1/2\""
