This is a traditional Pueblo storyteller clay figurine, hand made in Cochiti Pueblo New Mexico.  It was made and signed by artist Mary R. Herrera, and her signature is on the underside in black marker. The storyteller is a ceramic figure with smaller children, representing one who communicates the legends of the culture. The height is 4 1/2". The condition is excellent. * For anyone who enjoys Pueblo culture, the storyteller is a must have for your collection. *
