Here is an original animation cel and background used in the production All Dogs Go to Heaven.  The cel was signed by the director John Pomeroy in black sharpie.  Ann-Marie is giving Charlie B. Barkin a massive hug. * * The film tells the story of two dogs, Charlie B. Barkin (voiced by Burt Reynolds) and his loyal best friend Itchy Itchiford (voiced by Dom DeLuise).
