Lionel modern O gauge 18045 New York Central Commodore Vanderbilt steam locomotive in OB. Loco has been two railed and has had the Railsounds, etc removed. The parts are included and loco could be put back to three rail. Loco has had wheel flanges turned down and scale tender wheels installed. Loco has some light box rubs on the finish, otherwise C8. Locomotive original box has light corner and edge wear.
