A large and leather-bound volume of laws governing economy, dated 1845, and with name tag on front pastedown, 'Lord. W. Kerr, G.C.B.,' likely from passing through the library of Lord Walter Talbot Kerr G.C.B. (1839-1927), and First Naval Lord, 1899 to 1904. Leather boards with gilt crest, folio, 12.75 x 8.25 inches.

Toning and age commensurate with wear, binding tight, pages clean, boards show wear around edges and some tearing.
