Chinese, Qing dynasty, 19th century, set of 9 inkcakes in a hardcover board-wrapped silk case titled: Molin jiya shumo ?????? (a collection of elegant inkcakes). The inkcakes are molded into various shapes and decorated on both sides with figural images and inscriptions.
