Chain: 18" Sterling Silver Necklace. Measures: 1.4" Tall x .6" Wide. Metal: Sterling Silver Frame. Moldovite is a natural green tektite glass which fell to earth 14.7 million years ago following a huge meteorite impact in the Moldau River area of southern Bohemia in present day Germany. As it fell back through the atmosphere it solidified into the many and varied shaped we recognize as moldovite. Polished surface with deep green color and natural bubbly inclusions, it is set in a handcrafted sterling silver border. Pendant comes complete with an 18" sterling silver necklace.
