Measures: 1.1" Diameter. Metal: Sterling Silver Frame. Coin: Spanish 2 Reale, 1778. The "little brother" to the Piece of 8, this Spanish 2 reale coin was recovered from the shipwreck El Cazador in the Gulf of Mexico. Dated 1778, it shows the corrosive effects of saltwater on silver after two centuries. Set in a handcrafted sterling silver frame, comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity and descriptive brochure about a shipwreck that changed American history. A great shipwreck coin in a smaller size.
