Of exceptional quality and workmanship, the straight, double-edged blade finely stepped and incised with lineal borders. The hilt covered in leather, with Monitor lizard hide-wrapped grip, with triangular tang exposed as is typical. In its paneled leather scabbard with Monitor lizard hide mounts en suite with the grip. Retains its leather wrist cord.Latter 19th century.Overall length 76.4 cm. Condition I
