History of the Bible; Wm. Bolles & Co., New London, CT, 1850; hard cover; book condition is VG; miniature (2" X 1.75") book; leather cover boards with gilt lettering on spine; frontispiece illustrated; shows some slight edge wear and some rubbing to the bottom of the spine; binding is tight on this American Tom Thumb Bible, a popular category of miniature book in the early 19th century; later printing of the edition that W. & J. Bolles first brought out around 1831; 192 pages; very nice early bible.
