CIVIL WAR MODEL 1860 NAVAL CUTLASS RIVER FIND

Civil War Model 1860 Naval cutlass. Reputedly a river find from th Chattahoochee river, damage to the blade is consistent to being submerged in close proximity to a corroding object (such as iron cannon ball). Blade is dated 1862. Brass holt and cup guard are in very good condition, with grip being re-wrapped. Overall very good example.
