Lime wood Austrian carving by master carver Steiner (1864-1934). Scene depicting a couple dancing in a typical Tyrolean period interior. Framed in period oak frame and top lit. Signed "S Steiner" in lower left of work. Scene size is 11 by 14 inches, overall framed size is 18.5 by 21 inches. Very good condition with repair and damage to wine bottle in lower right foreground of work.
