Phoenician Empire, 1550-300 BC A glass miniature amphora with piriform body, tubular neck and everted rim in alternating red, yellow and black bands; to the body, the bands combed vertically to create a wave effect; the handles added in plain honey-coloured glass. Glass, 100 grams, 15 cm (6") Property of a Lady; acquired before 1975.

Very fine condition, small repair to base. Extremely rare.
