Ptolemaic Period, 3rd-1st century BC An wide-mouthed squat jar in blue glazed frit or faience with two pierced-lug handles and four groups of three piriform lobes on the shoulders with black detailing. Faience, 415 grams, 134 mm (5 1/4") Acquired from a London dealer in 1992. This item is accompanied by an XRF test certificate from Oxford X-ray Fluorescence Ltd.

Fine condition, minor damage.
