Minoan, circa 15th century BC Two gold hoop earrings, each formed as an expanding hoop with hook closures, one with a fixed conical mount with textured surface and bulb finial, the other a free-running conical pendant of similar form attached by a double wire loop. Gold, 5.31 grams, 44 mm; 4.11 grams, 43 mm (1 3/4") From an old European collection. [2]
