Circa 1600-1100 BC A globular buffware ceramic vessel with rounded base, broad neck and flared rim with one thick loop handle; decoration in dark red pigment including groups of three stripes to the rim and handle, circumferential lines to the neck, bands of hatched lozenges to the shoulder and lower body across the base. Ceramic, 405 grams, 18 cm (7") From an old Suffolk collection.
