Circa 1st-2nd century AD A gold finger ring with plain hoop, the bezel a rectangle with lappets, the central panel with two busts and lightly incised text to one side 'XI.IV'. Gold, 6.26 grams, 23 mm overall (approximate size British R, USA 8 3/4, Europe 19.0, Japan 18") (1") Private collection, UK; acquired in the 1990's.

Very fine condition.
