Circa 2nd-3rd century AD A cast bronze statuette of Jupiter, standing naked with his weight on his right leg, left arm raised, hand in gripping pose, right arm lowered gripping a thunderbolt; the face bearded with long curled hair; pedestal base hollow to the underside. Bronze, 295 grams, 128 mm (5") Private collection, Nottinghamshire, UK; found Chester, UK in 1980.
