Roman Bronze Minerva Statuette

Circa 1st century AD A cast bronze figurine of Minerva, standing wearing a chiton dress with Corinthian helmet; the right arm extended to grasp a spear (lost in antiquity"), the left couched to the hip. Bronze, 70 grams, 84 mm (3 1/4") Property of a European Gentleman living in the UK; ex private collection formed in the 1990's.

Very fine condition.
