Bronze Age Bronze Decorated Sickle Group

Middle European, circa 800-500 BC A group of bronze sickles each formed as a curved casting with one flat face, strengthening ribs to the outside of the curve, edge to the inside; one an unfinished casting with sprue to the edge. Bronze, 365 grams, 18-19 cm (7-7 1/2") Property of a European Gentleman living in the UK; ex private collection formed in the 1990's. [3]

Very fine condition.
