Circa 19th century AD A mixed group of three iconographic items comprising: a rectangular wooden block carved with nimbate Madonna and child; a D-shaped ceramic block, pierced above, carved with busts of the Madonna and child; a bifacial wooden cross pendant carved on one side with a crucifix below the text IHHI, and on the reverse the Madonna and child between rosettes. Wood and ceramic, 24 grams, 43-50 mm (1 1/2-2") Silk collection, London, UK; formed in the 1950's. [3, No Reserve]
