A mixed, undated group of carved nacre plaques with religious motifs comprising: a small disc depicting a standing male with processional cross; a piriform plaque depicting a female with bowed head; an ovoid plaque depicting Mary and child; a thick elliptical plaque depicting a cross and four crosslets on a hatched background within a wreath border, with pierced flange surrounding. Shell, 49 grams, 18-54 mm (3/4-2") Silk collection, London, UK; formed in the 1950's. [4, No Reserve]
