Circa 15th century AD A silver-gilt brooch formed as a ring with two floral motifs to the upper face and modelled praying hands to the external perimeter; the tongue shaped like a sword. Silver-gilt, 1.02 grams, 21 mm (3/4") Private collection, Nottinghamshire, UK; acquired late 1980's - early 1990's. [No Reserve]
