Circa 16th century AD A cast silver figure of a nobleman standing bare-headed and bearded, with ruff and doublet; a large cloak draped over his right arm, bent to hold a scroll to his chest; gathered in his left hand the folds of the cloak; standing on a hexagonal plinth base; possibly a spoon finial; mounted on a custom-made display stand. Silver, 15 grams, 49 mm including stand (2") Private collection, Wigan, UK; acquired prior to 2000. [No Reserve]
