Circa 1904. Working. Strength tester. Appears totally complete. Paint is great and old. Appears to have been repainted only once, then placed back into service. Marquise frame appears original, with recreated top sign and reproduced face on tug read out. Condition (Excellent). Size 73" T. Condition report(Excellent).
