Beautiful Chinese Rosewood, Boxwood and Ivory Ceremonial Fan and Stand, of traditional form with rosewood frame, handle and stand, the body intricately carved and stained with a scene of court ladies enjoying a garden, the face with inlaid, engraved ivory plaques, fitted brocade box, h. 24-3/8", including stand.
Overall excellent condition - no damage or repairs noted - PLEASE NOTE the body is NOT boxwood but aromatic sandalwood - the carving of very high quality and delicacy.
