Two Carved Wooden Santos Figures
both polychrome and gesso, the first, 20th century, depicting Our Lady of Guadalupe, mounted to an octagonal base (15.75 in.) (paint loss, possibly artificial aging); the second, 19th century, depicts a native nun wearing a blue and red habit, on integral base (10.25 in.) (age cracks, paint loss to high points).
