This wonderful piece can serve your choice of purpose, buffet with display or bibliotheque. Handsome traditional and whimsical carvings decorate this two part piece. Della robia style fruit and floral swags hang from the four corners above and below, having caps of lion masks and bearded caryatid. The cabinet below has high relief door carvings representing unusual draped maidens in opposing stance. Each standing on a bracket pedestal and flanked by scroll encrusted torches. The arched glass above having carved and reticulated face framing. 91½ x 45 x 18 inches
