SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON IVORY. An exceptional painting on ivory of an identified subject that according to an inscription in the case was named Pamelia W Baldwin before marriage to Byron J Stout on November 8, 1860 in Addison, New York. Additional information inside the case indicates that this portrait was painted from life in New York City prior to 1861 and is executed on ivory. Measures 4 x 3 inches outside measurements of the case.
Painting is in excellent condition and original mother of pearl case is in good condition noting loss and loosening of the pearl veneer.
