A CHINESE GREY POTTERY VESSEL, Warring States period. Of ovoid form, the sides impressed with a pattern of squares, short neck flanked by two loop handles - 6 1/4 in. high. For a similar vessel see He Li, " Chinese Ceramics", ill. p. 67, pl. 38. PROVENANCE: "Acquired in Singapore, Moon Gate Gallery, Mr. K.T. Goh, in the 1980's."
