The wheel-cut engraved glass vase with silver round footed base with acanthus leaf border, fluted stem and acanthus leaf figural border, dragon head handles, rose garland to base of neck and everted upper rim with scrolled border. Originally retailed by Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
