Tsimshian Mask of a Woman
Delicately carved with protruding brow ridge, hollowed cheeks, hooked and flattened nose, and pointed chin; teeth with white pigment and lower lip with small abalone labret; lower portion of mask framed with cedar bark; upper edge of mask with small holes for attachments; verso with inked accession number, mask (excluding cedar) length 8 in. x width 6 in.
