A Vintage Hermes Paris Kelly 35cm Retourne Handbag in Black Box Leather with Lock (006) and two Keys (006). Initials "E. B."; bag height 10 in. (25.4cm), strap drop 4 in. (10.2cm), bag length (35.6cm). (lacking strap) The "Kelly Bag" was introduced in the 1930's and was made popular by Princess Grace (Kelly) of Monaco. Hermes Kelly handbags are made by a single artisan who committs approximately 18 hours to complete each bag.
Overall very good condition. Minute scratching on the hardware with no discoloration. The handle shows slight wear consistent with the age of the handbag as does the leather strip that attaches to the pair of keys.
