Description

Pair of lidded deep blue ceramic jars with applied labels: "SHELLAC" and "MELOPT", one jar has piece missing at the top rim (see images), one lid has a small chip on it's edge and is cracked, labels are worn, 10.25" high. Note: This unique collection of 18th & 19th Century apothecary jars are all from a one person collection, due to the nature of these objects it is to be expected that all have minor to moderate condition issues such as glaze imperfections, general wear, chips on base & rim and possible hairlines.
