Description

Artillery Officers' sword with counter-guard circa 1820-1850 having a 32" straight blade with fine floral design with a military trophy. The brass hilt has an eaglehead pommel and a reeded bone grip. The scabbard is missing. Overall good with a smooth dark blade and loose hilt.
