Condition

Visual: Lined as stated and with the tacking edges removed. Minor frame abrasion and scattered stable craquelure. The first 'J' of the signature in different paint and may be a later addition. Blacklight: Apparently older overpaint on the clouds surrounding the windmill. Evidence of other spots of older overpaint and touch-up along the left edge in the sky, a 2'' diameter scattered area in the right center and a few other isolated areas in the sky.
