Very good + condition. Original brown calf binding laid on 19th century calf. Abrasion, scratches, gouges and loss to original binding; bumping to corners. Pages uniformly toned, staining to edge of flyleaf and frontispiece (visible in left margin of portrait plate of Johnson). Scattered foxing, otherwise a clean and complete copy. ESTIMATE $2,000-3,000
