A modern-day Jim Thorpe, Jackson was not just proficient at multiple sports, he excelled in a way that not even Hall of Fame athletes like Michael Jordan and Deion Sanders could match. Topping thirty homers and 100 runs batted in the season he sported this powder blue gamer, Jackson earned his only All-Star appearance as starting first baseman for the American side, and made a top ten showing in MVP voting at the year's end. "Royals 16" is applied to the chest in white tackle twill, with "Jackson 16" filling the rear. A team logo patch is affixed to the left sleeve.
