Probably not in the latter half of this century as an artist explore all these qualities in such a variety or traditional English subjects and given them such an unrivalled depth and life more than the renowned British artist, Anne Briggs. Her paintings reflect the sensitivity and interplay of earth forms, clarity of color, and a satisfying wholeness and balance in the lush landscapes, sunlight gardens and terraces, hunting scenes, romantic portraits, and the familiar beauty of horses and other pets.Most of Briggs paintings are commissioned and highly sought after by respected and famous collectors both in America and abroad.
