Unusual 'paste on paste' cameo-like decoration with beautifully executed scenes of flying putti tethered by goddesses (signed Birks L.R. in this panel), a musical scene with tambourine and cymbals having a subtle circlet of putti flying above a wicker hive, blue/green on white with gold detailing, panels alternate with floral/leaf design, 10.25" diameter, red Minton stamp on bottom along with incised Minton name, circa early 20th century, one hairline crack.
