He Immigrated To Israel In His Teens, And Studied Sociology At Tel Aviv University. Meilichson Now Divides His Time Between Israel And New York And Travels A Great Deal Each Year To Norway, Paris And Provence Where He Gains Much Of His Inspiration From The Local People. His Imagery Is From A World Of Imaginary And Playful Characters Immersed With A Sense Of Wonderment And Glee. He Uses A Blend Of Exotic And Bold Colors, Leaning Towards The Influence Of The Fauves, Primarily Matisse And Chagall. Alex Has Exhibited In Caracas, Venezuela.
