A SMALL LALIQUE CRYSTAL “FAUNE” FIGURAL GROUP
France, 20th Century
The small group depicts two satin finished crystal nude figures seated on a mound of grape leaves and clusters, one being a woman, the other a faun (a male Roman nature deity with hairy goat legs and cloven hooves); both with their arms on their heads, the woman with her arm around the faun; all on a clear oval base. Designed by Marc Lalique in 1960. Etched Lalique ® France on underside.
Condition: Very good.
