A MONUMENTAL EMPIRE STYLE PAINTED AND PARCEL GILT MIRROR

The hand carved gilt wood festoon and garlands are supported on a pierce tripartite of scroll forms from which emanate floral garlands on a French green painted background enclosed in a rectangular foot frame of carved laurel leaves and featuring a large mirror with stepped corners and carved gilt roundels.
Condition: Chips to gilding. Frame stable.
