A FRENCH RED LACQUER BOLECTION MOULD FRAMED MIRROR
Early 19th Century
The rectangular red laquer frame with convex frame outline in a black laquer frame as a filet and around the shape of the mirror. The frame features Japanned and gilded acanthus C-scrolls.
Condition: No back boards. Loss of silvering on upper part of mirror. Chipping to mirror frame.
