Percussion Swivel Breech Rifle by C.Horn 

.40 cal. rifled barrel and 40 cal. smoothbore barrel. Top of barrels marked C. Horn. Brass ribs between barrels. German silver inlaid stock and the top of comb of stock is outlined in silver. German silver moon on cheek piece. Brass toe plate, buttplate. Engraved German silver patchbox with brass lid. C. Horn worked in Hazeleton, PA circa 1825-1860. 

Condition

Barrel still retains most of the original brown finish. Lock has been cleaned to bright. Stock has had a coat of varnish added. Overall a very nice and crisp rifle.
