U.S. Civil War Confederate Enlisted Man's "Mcclell
U.S. Civil War Confederate Enlisted Man's "McClellan" Saddle
Based upon the unusual shape of the wood tree this appeared to be made by one of the smaller Confederate saddleries and not a Federally made piece. Wood stirrup on right side, void of stirrup on the left side.
Fair. This saddle has potential for restoration. As is, the condition of the saddle is dry and brittle and segments the saddle are dissipating. Leather skirts are in good condition.
