Japanese Edo Period Katana Sword with Scabbard
This kantana signed blade measures 27.25". Leather wrapped over shark skin. Sword is fitted with family mounts. A very nice iron tsuba with gold designs; silver habaki with the falling rain pattern. The temper line on this sword appears to be the cloud pattern.
Very good. Scabbard has split and is held together by tape at top and bottom.
